There was once a man who felt that his wife was having a bit of a hearing problem. Trying to spare her feelings, he secretly decided to meet their family doctor for advice. The doctor suggested that the husband used the simplest and oldest technique to test his wife's problem. That technique would be able to tell the doctor how bad is the wife's hearing loss.
"You have to stand about 40 feet away from her and have a normal chit chat with her using your normal voice and tone. If she could not hear you, do it at 20 feet and continue untill she could hear you."
"Sounds easy,"
said the man delightfully. So, later that day, when his wife was preparing dinner, he estimated his distance from his wife.
40 feet. Yup, this is about that, he whispered to himself.
"What are we having for dinner, honey?"
he asked, using his normal voice and tone. She didn't answer. So, he came closer. 30 feet... he estimated carefully. Again, he asked,
"What are we having for dinner, honey?"
Still no response.
Wow, this is bad, he said to his himself while moving into 20 feet fron the wife. Again there was no response. He continued and became close to her that he was just standing beside her when he asked,
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
His wife turned to him and said,
"For goodness sake, for the seventh time, my dear. I said it is CHICKEN!"
Haha...... I almost fell of my chair laughing when I first read this joke. All thise while the dear hubby thought that it was his wife who was having hearing problem. Turned out, it was his ears that needed checking.
* hm....... fadh terfikir ~ bpe kali fadh buat mcm suami tu? ~ bpe kali fadh asyik salahkan orang lain? ~ bpe kali fadh salahkan orang padahal fadh yg buat salah tu? ~ sapelah agaknye 'wives' yang terpakse terime fadh ckp mcm tu? ~ knape fadh yakin yang fadh x salah? ~ knape fadh x check 'telinga' fadh sebelum fadh suruh 'wives' check telinga mereka?
fadh betul2 mintak maaf kepada sesiapa yang fadh anggap 'pekak' padahal fadh yang salah..
so..... betullah orang kate klu kite tunjuk jari telunjuk kite kat orang lain.. empat jari lagi akan tunjuk ke arah kite.. peringatan buat diri ini... janganlah asyik nak salahkan orang aje.. sedarlah wahai diri.. bahawa dirimu tidak terlepas daripada melakukan kesilapan kerana kita semua adalah manusia yang sama tarafnya di sisi Allah.. Allah tidak menilai hambaNya melalui pangkat.. tapi,, Allah menilai hambaNya dari amalannya.. oleh itu,, koreksi diri.. betulkan ape yg x betul..
